What Boca Raton customers rent it for
| Job | Why this machine |
|---|---|
| Teardown and renovation cleanup | East Boca sees a steady stream of older homes torn down and rebuilt. Load debris into dumpsters off the slab and driveway. |
| Paver driveway prep | Spread and level base rock before pavers go down. |
| Moving base and gravel | Move material from the drop pile to where it goes, across pavement and compacted base. |
| Commercial lot cleanup | Clear debris on paved lots along the Federal Highway and Glades Road corridors. |
Running a skid steer in Boca Raton
A wheeled skid steer is the right call on pavement, slabs and compacted base. On a Boca lawn, especially after rain, it will spin and leave ruts. If the job is on grass or sand, take the compact track loader instead, same price.
Paver driveways scuff under wheels when you turn in place. Make wide turns or lay plywood where you pivot.
Inside a gated community, register the delivery with the gate before delivery day and check the HOA rules on contractor hours.

On sand or a wet lawn, rent the compact track loader instead. Same price, and the tracks do not sink. See skid steer vs track loader on sand. Book by 2 PM for next day delivery, or by 9 AM for same day.
