How It Works
Updated October 9, 2026
Text (561) 782-1486 with the machine, the job address and how many days. You get a full price in about 60 seconds. Reply BOOK, sign and pay by text, verify your ID once, and we deliver to your site in a 3 hour window.
1. Text what you need
"Mini excavator, 3 days, Boca Raton, starting Thursday." That is enough. Text in English, Spanish, Portuguese or French. If you are not sure which machine fits, describe the job and we will tell you.
2. Get the full price
The quote comes back in about 60 seconds, any hour. It shows the rental, delivery, damage protection and the $800 deposit hold. That number does not change.
3. Reply BOOK, sign and pay
You get a short rental agreement to sign on your phone and a secure card payment link. First time customers do a quick photo ID check by text. Repeat customers skip it.
4. We deliver and pick up
Book by 2 PM for next day delivery, or by 9 AM for same day ($75 extra). You get a 3 hour delivery window by text and a heads up when the driver is close. When you are done, text us and we pick it up.
What you need to rent
- A phone that can text
- A credit or debit card for payment and the $800 hold
- A photo ID (first rental only)
- An address in Palm Beach, Broward or Miami Dade county

Questions, answered
Do I need to download an app?
No. Everything happens by text message, including signing and payment.
Can I extend my rental?
Text us by 10 AM the day before your return date. We confirm the machine is free and send a payment link for the extra days.
Do I need a license to operate the equipment?
Florida does not require a state license to run a skid steer or mini excavator on private property. See our licensing guide for what employers must provide under OSHA.
What happens to the deposit?
The $800 is a hold, not a charge. It is released after the machine comes back.
