In West Palm Beach the mini excavator goes to drainage, footings and tree work, much of it in the older neighborhoods north and south of downtown. We deliver to downtown, the historic neighborhoods like El Cid and Flamingo Park, the north end and west toward Wellington and Royal Palm Beach.
What West Palm Beach customers rent it for
| Job | Why this machine |
|---|---|
| Drainage in older neighborhoods | Lots in Northwood, Flamingo Park and Grandview Heights were graded long before today's storms. A French drain or swale fixes ponding. |
| Footings for additions and garages | Dig footings for an addition, a detached garage or a pad. |
| Tree and root removal | Mature trees on older lots leave big root systems behind. |
| Utility and irrigation trenches | New water, sewer or irrigation lines on lots west of I-95. |
Digging in West Palm Beach
West Palm Beach has several historic districts, including El Cid, Flamingo Park and Northwood. Work that changes how a property looks from the street there can need city review, so check before you dig up a front yard.
East of I-95 the ground is mostly sand. The machine digs it quickly, but sand walls cave, so slope the sides of any trench a person will stand in.
Downtown and near Clematis Street, parking is tight. Tell us where the truck can stop to unload before delivery day.
