These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Presto Yard services, including our website at prestoyard.com and our SMS and WhatsApp based equipment rental platform. By using our services or submitting your phone number, you agree to these terms.
Services
Presto Yard provides heavy equipment and tool rental services in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties in Florida. Equipment is rented on a daily or weekly basis and delivered to customer job sites within our service area.
Reservations and Bookings
- All rentals are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit
- Equipment availability is on a first come, first served basis
- Bookings made via SMS or WhatsApp are binding once you reply to confirm and payment is received
- Presto Yard reserves the right to decline any rental request at our discretion
Payment
- A deposit is required to confirm all bookings
- Full payment is due prior to or at time of delivery
- We accept payment via secure link sent by SMS or WhatsApp
- All rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice
Delivery and Pickup
- Flat rate delivery and pickup fees apply to all rentals within our service area
- Customer must ensure safe and accessible delivery location
- Presto Yard is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible job sites
- Delivery windows are estimated and not guaranteed to the minute
Equipment Use and Responsibility
- Customer is responsible for safe and lawful operation of all rented equipment
- Equipment must only be operated by qualified individuals
- Customer is liable for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear
- Equipment must not be moved from the agreed delivery location without prior written consent
- Customer is responsible for any fines, citations, or legal issues arising from use of the equipment
Damage and Loss
Customer assumes full financial responsibility for damage, theft, or loss of equipment during the rental period. Damage charges will be assessed based on repair or replacement cost at Presto Yard's sole discretion.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled delivery will receive a full deposit refund
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled delivery will forfeit the deposit
- No refunds will be issued once equipment has been delivered
SMS Communication & Consent
By providing your mobile phone number through our website forms, contact forms, or any other communication channel, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Presto Yard LLC related to:
- Equipment rental quotes and availability
- Booking confirmations and updates
- Delivery and pickup notifications
- Payment links and invoices
- Return instructions and deposit releases
- Customer service communications
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-In Process
Customers opt in to receive SMS messages by:
- Submitting their phone number through our website contact or quote forms and checking the SMS consent checkbox
- Texting our business number directly at +1 (561) 782-1486 and replying YES to confirm consent
- Completing any form on prestoyard.com that includes a phone number field with consent language
By submitting your phone number, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and consent to receive communications as described above. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message — you will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent

After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from Presto Yard LLC unless you re-subscribe by replying START.

Eligibility

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
